Google Ad-Words with Images

After viewing a few other site this morning, I stumbled across an Interesting bit about adwords so I tried to duplicate the experience myself. Doing a basic search for diamonds I was able to get a rather interesting “Sponsored Links” (read ad-words listing) that showed a Show Products Link see below:

Once you click on the button to see the expanded view, you are then shown a few images from the product catalog over at blue nile. Now in this case there was only one other advertiser after blue nile and once the button is expanded to show products that, advertiser is just pushed down further on the page, as you can see below:

With this newly added functionality I see more and more Business launching Ad-words campaigns that will actually let potential customers see their wares without ever leaving the Search Engine Results Page. This is an awesome and welcomed enhancement to Google’s Ad-Words Service.
